Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using logiqpulse.com or any LogIQPulse tool or service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LogIQPulse (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a company operating from Sweden.

2. Description of Services

LogIQPulse operates a marketing website at logiqpulse.com and is developing a suite of AI-powered software tools, including:

  • Diligend — AI-powered IT due diligence for M&A transactions
  • TradeIQ — Market sentiment and trading intelligence
  • FraX — Contractor marketplace
  • Larder — Smart kitchen and meal planning companion

All tools are currently listed as “Coming Soon.” Specific terms for individual tools will supplement these Terms when those tools launch. Until a tool is live and you have an active subscription, no service-level obligations apply to that tool.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Accounts

When individual tools launch, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@logiqpulse.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features will be offered on a subscription basis when tools launch. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment details, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. LogIQPulse does not store your payment card information.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support@logiqpulse.com within 14 days of the charge. We honour refund rights as required under Swedish and EU consumer protection law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Services without our written permission.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt or damage the Services.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are in violation of this section, without prior notice in serious cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and materials comprising the Services are owned by or licensed to LogIQPulse and are protected by Swedish and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your data: You retain ownership of any data you input into our tools. By submitting data to the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide the Services to you. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Tools listed as “Coming Soon” are not yet available and we make no guarantee as to their launch date, features, or availability.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be independently verified before being relied upon for business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, LogIQPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Swedish law.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. LogIQPulse is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will do so.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance court.

If you are a consumer located in the EU, you may also access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
